Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead branch operations, drive new business, and manage client relationships. The role covers P&L oversight, recruiting, training, and ensuring top service levels across accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or service.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in a personnel service organization is preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day branch operations to meet service levels and KPIs.
• Leads recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Manages branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Maintains client relationships with regular reviews and SLA adherence.
• Develops growth plans and revenue forecasting for the branch.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
