Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to build and execute business plans, win new clients, and develop branch talent. The role includes P&L management, budgeting, recruitment, and delivering premier service to clients and candidates.

You will retain and grow existing accounts, regularly review performance with clients, and ensure compliance with SLAs while driving growth and profitability across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in sales/service.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to grow and retain clients and win back lost accounts.
• Maintain client requirements in line with SLA targets.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Develop branch revenue/expense forecasts and budgets.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control decisions.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Create a positive work environment measured by KPIs and Peakon scores.
