Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead client growth, account retention, and branch performance. You will manage P&L, recruitment strategies, and service delivery, ensuring top client satisfaction and strong team development.

The role requires 5+ years in sales with supervisory experience, and a strong command of Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with growth expectations.
• One year supervisory/management experience in sales or service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans with client requirements and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Lead branch recruitment, coaching, and development of staff.
• Ensure high client satisfaction; conduct regular business reviews and KPI tracking.
• Present monthly/quarterly reviews to leadership and adapt plans accordingly.
