Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth, manage P&L, and develop top talent within the branch. You will build client relationships, oversee recruitment strategies, ensure service levels, and drive revenue through strategic planning and cost control.

You will coach recruiters, monitor KPIs, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with sales leadership to align staffing solutions with client needs. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Maintain client satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Set and monitor pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; forecast revenue and expenses.
• coach recruiters and develop branch talent; lead recruitment efforts.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met; conduct monthly reviews with stakeholders.
