• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in sales or service.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost ones.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for client and HR/operations.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; forecast revenue/expenses.
• Lead and develop branch team; coach recruiters.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to review KPIs.
