• Manage branch P&L and budget; monitor costs and forecast revenue.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and branch staff; drive KPI attainment.
• Coordinate with client contacts and internal teams to meet SLAs and client needs.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
