Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, build client relationships, and meet SLA targets.
• Manage day-to-day performance and coach recruiters to meet KPIs.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Develop revenue and expense forecasts and long-range growth plans for the branch.
• Supervise recruitment strategies and ensure timely, compliant operations.
