• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in related roles.
• Proven track record in sales or staffing services.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning and executing client growth initiatives.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met with high satisfaction.
• Lead branch team performance, coaching recruiters and staff.
• Maintain branch P&L and cost control while achieving KPIs.
• Develop budgets and forecasts; monitor revenue and expenses.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Onboard new customers: terms, risk, and credit assessment.
• Foster relationships with HR, Operations, and client contacts.
