Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, retention, and branch profitability. You will drive revenue plans, manage recruitment operations, and develop top talent within the branch to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will oversee budgeting, KPI tracking, and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent suffices with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand existing and new client relationships.
• Lead day-to-day branch operations and coaching; ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting and cost controls; monitor workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.
• Coordinate recruitment strategies and develop relationships with recruiting resources; on-board new customers.
