Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team, grow new and existing client relationships, and drive revenue through effective recruitment and service delivery. You will be responsible for budgeting, P&L, and ensuring top-tier customer service to clients and candidates.

The role emphasizes recruiting, training, managing, and developing talent within the branch, while maintaining strong client engagement and achieving KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Growing and retaining accounts; develop plans to grow and retain existing clients and win back accounts.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs; monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Supervise and develop branch staff; coach and mentor recruiters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service levels and SLAs.
• Lead recruitment activities and establish branch recruitment strategies with local resources.
