Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build plans to acquire new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and grow profitability. The role includes P&L management, budgeting, and recruiting top talent while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will lead a branch team, set pay/bill rates, review performance, and drive customer satisfaction through regular client and program team meetings. Strong leadership and sales experience in staffing are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and develop new clients to grow the bottom line.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership and client contacts.
• Manage day-to-day performance, coach recruiters, and optimize processes to reduce costs.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, forecasts, and staffing plans.
