Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to expand existing client relationships and win new ones.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop revenue and expense forecasts; set budgets.
• Monitor KPI metrics, coach recruiters, and drive performance to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of branch team; build a positive work environment.
• Maintain client relationships through regular reviews and escalation handling with HR, Operations, and Procurement.
