Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute growth plans, manage key client relationships, and drive branch profitability. You will lead recruitment, training, and performance, while delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates.

You will oversee sales strategies, budgeting, and compliance, working closely with HR, operations, and senior management to achieve KPIs and growth targets across the branch network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales leadership or management.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to grow and retain accounts and win new business.
• Manage day-to-day performance of branch staff and coach recruiters.
• Oversee branch P&L, budget, and cost control.
• Monitor and optimize pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• Lead recruitment strategies and on-board new customers and assure credit compliance.
