Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute plans to win new clients, grow existing relationships, and drive profitability. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team while delivering top-notch service to candidates and clients.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, control costs, and conduct regular business reviews with key client contacts. A strong background in sales, leadership, and strategic planning is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven results.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish growth plans and client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop revenue and expense forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff; ensure KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate with client HR/Operations; conduct regular business reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain licenses.
