Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and managing branch operations. You will lead sales strategies, oversee recruitment, and ensure exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will supervise a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with HR and operations to meet KPIs and SLAs, while maintaining a high standard of compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop client relationships, and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; present monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Lead recruiting activities, coach recruiters, and develop top talent.
• Maintain compliance, credit references, and policies; ensure a positive work environment.
