Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will lead the branch team, manage recruitment, training, and performance while ensuring excellent client and candidate service.

Strong leadership, sales, and operations oversight are essential for success. Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, and regular business reviews with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to expand existing client relationships and win new business.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; conduct regular business reviews with client teams.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Lead and coach recruiters; manage day-to-day team performance and KPIs.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, cost control, and forecasting; contribute to revenue growth.
