Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager who will drive growth by expanding client accounts, managing the branch P&L, and leading a high-performance team. You will oversee recruitment, training, and service delivery to candidates and clients, ensuring strong relationships and top-tier customer service.

You will develop strategies for growth, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular business reviews with key client contacts and internal teams.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and retain existing ones.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of branch staff; coach recruiters.
• On-board new customers, including terms, risk, and credit assessment, and negotiate rates.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership and optimize client satisfaction.
