Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding new and existing client relationships, manage the branch P&L, and lead a high-performing recruitment team. You will set strategic plans, supervise staff, ensure service levels, and deliver strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, reviewing KPI metrics, and coordinating with client HR and operations to meet program goals. Strong leadership and sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales/service staff
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally with all levels of staff

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and win back clients
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of branch team
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and maintain high client satisfaction
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms and rates, monitor KPI metrics
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership
• Maintain regulatory compliance and branch risk controls
