Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage client accounts, and lead a talented branch team. You will own sales plans, recruitment strategies, and strict P&L oversight to deliver exceptional service and revenue growth.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while building strong relationships with clients, HR, and operations across the region. This role requires strong leadership and sales acumen.

Qualificações

• Plan to grow and retain existing and new accounts.
• Provide regular business reviews with client teams.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; control costs.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff for performance.

Responsabilidades

• Establish plans to grow and retain accounts; win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Coach recruiters; monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance.
• Oversee credit, collections, and terms with clients.
