Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding relationships, and leading a high-performing branch team. You will be financially accountable for market sales plans, recruitment strategies, and P&L management, while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop top talent, maintain strong client relationships, set pay/bill rates, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and retain clients and win back accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop recruiters; manage day-to-day performance and KPIs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; oversee recruitment strategies.
