Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering strong P&L results. You will lead recruitment, training, and performance management within the branch while ensuring top-tier service to clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service staff.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to win new clients and maximize revenue.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets; control costs and drive growth.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff; deliver client service excellence.
• Ensure SLA adherence and high client satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Monitor pay/bill rates, negotiate terms, and manage collections.
• Facilitate KPI reviews; coach and mentor team to meet performance targets.
