Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by bringing in new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering solid P&L results for the branch. You will set sales plans, oversee recruitment strategies, and ensure cost controls.

Lead, coach and develop the branch team, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain high customer satisfaction with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including sales or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and expand revenues.
• Lead recruitment strategies and manage branch P&L and budgets.
• Coach and develop branch staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and manage risk and credit references.
