Job summary

Adecco Group is looking for a Branch Manager in the United States to lead business growth, client retention, and branch operations. You will manage recruitment strategies, P&L, and cost control while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will recruit, train, and develop branch staff, build strong client relationships, and drive performance against KPIs and SLAs. This role demands strategic planning and hands-on leadership across the branch.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute business plans to acquire new clients and grow revenue.
• Retain and grow existing accounts while ensuring SLA adherence.
• Lead branch P&L, budgets, and cost control.
• Coach recruiters and branch staff to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Manage day-to-day performance, recruitment, and development of talent.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk, and fee negotiations.
• Ensure credit references and client credit limits are properly managed.
