Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth, client retention, and recruiting operations. You will manage day-to-day performance, drive sales plans, oversee P&L, and coach a branch team to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will establish growth plans, monitor KPIs, maintain compliance, and collaborate with HR, operations, and sales leadership to meet market objectives while controlling costs and improving service levels.

Qualifications

• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management, in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish growth plans, and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Coach recruiters and staff, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
• Lead recruitment strategies, onboarding, and client relationship management.
