Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans that bring in new clients, grow the bottom line, and lead a branch team to deliver top-notch service to candidates and clients.

The role relies on developing client relationships, setting pay and bill rates, managing recruitment strategies, and steering the branch toward strong KPI performance and high NPS scores. A strong emphasis is placed on leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new and existing clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership and client teams.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and forecasts, and monitor cost controls.
