Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is hiring a Branch Manager to lead client growth, manage P&L, and build a top-performing branch team. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop staff while delivering excellent candidate and client service.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, meeting SLAs, conducting regular business reviews, and ensuring compliance with credit, risk, and policy guidelines. Strong leadership and sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans for clients and new business.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLAs; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead and develop branch staff, coaching recruiters.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Onboard new customers, terms, risk assessment, and fee negotiations.
