Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager who will build and execute plans to grow new clients, deepen existing relationships, and drive branch profitability. You will lead recruiting, training, and development of a high-performing team while delivering outstanding service to candidates and clients.

The role requires strong sales leadership, P&L management, and a track record of achieving KPIs, SLAs, and high NPS scores through effective people management and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• Sales experience in personnel services preferred.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience in sales/service.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts, develop plan to win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost control.
• Supervise recruiters and coach team.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure SLAs.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
