Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for building and executing business plans to win new clients, grow existing relationships, and drive the branch bottom line through effective P&L management, cost control, and high service standards for candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop top talent, set pay and bill rates, monitor KPIs, and lead the branch to meet SLAs while maintaining strong communication with HR, operations, and client contacts

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts by developing new and existing client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure client requirements and SLA targets are met.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership and clients.
• Coordinate pay/bill rates and credit references per guidelines.
• Lead recruitment strategies and on-boards for new customers.
