Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute plans that grow new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and drive bottom-line results. The role includes P&L management, budgeting, and developing top talent in the branch team while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You'll lead day-to-day operations, manage performance, ensure SLA adherence, and conduct regular business reviews with client contacts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements are met in line with SLA targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Lead branch team, coach recruiters, and manage day-to-day performance.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and forecasts; develop growth plans.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership and client stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with credits, licenses, and employment laws.
