Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to lead sales growth, client retention, and branch profitability. You will oversee recruitment, training, and staff development while delivering strong customer service to candidates and clients.

The role covers planning, budgeting, and KPI monitoring, with heavy emphasis on converting opportunities into revenue and overseeing SLA adherence. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to set own priorities, schedule day’s events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to win new clients and retain existing ones.
• Ensure client requirements are met in line with SLA targets.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients and program teams.
• Coaches and mentors Recruiters and manages branch P&L and budgets.
• Develops and implements branch revenue and expense forecasts and growth plans.
• Conducts branch audits and creates a positive work environment.
