Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States. You will build and execute business plans to win new clients, grow existing relationships, and drive the branch P&L.

You will recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team while delivering outstanding service to candidates and clients. You will oversee recruitment, performance, and operational excellence, with a focus on client satisfaction, contract adherence, and revenue growth across the branch.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to set own priorities, schedule day’s events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle numerous problems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients; push for revenue growth.
• Ensure client requirements are met in line with SLA targets.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via regular communication and reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for client-related issues.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and digital presence.
• Manage day-to-day performance of colleagues, coaching and development.
• Improve processes to reduce service cost while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee branch P&L and budgeting; develop forecasts and growth plans.
• Monitor workers’ comp and unemployment claims; manage notices and licenses.
• Lead regular KPI reviews and communicate with vertical teams.
