Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth, client relationships, and overall P&L for the branch. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, while delivering superior service to candidates and clients.

Role requires a strong background in sales, people management, and compliance with employment laws. You will collaborate with HR, operations, and finance to drive business success and customer satisfaction across accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years in relevant work.
• Two years direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with all levels of staff and management.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients; plan for growth.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; set pay and bill rates.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of branch staff; ensure top service levels.
• Conduct regular client reviews and maintain high customer satisfaction; resolve issues as escalated.
