Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding client relationships and leading the branch team. You will oversee recruitment, training, and performance while ensuring service excellence and adherence to KPIs.

Responsibilities include account development, budget management, and client reviews to optimize pay/bill rates and service delivery, with a focus on profitability and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service role.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
