Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. You will be financially accountable for the branch P&L, handling recruitment strategies, budgets, and cost control while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop branch staff, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and manage client requirements in line with SLAs.
• Lead day-to-day branch activities, coaching recruiters and staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and revenue/expense forecasts to drive growth.
• Coordinate client reviews, risk assessments, and credit references; negotiate pay and bill rates.
• Foster a positive work environment and recruit through digital and local channels.
