Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding new client relationships and strengthening existing accounts. The role leads recruitment, training, and development of the branch team while delivering high-level client and candidate service.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, setting pay/bill rates, and ensuring KPI/SLAs are met. The position emphasizes strategic planning, cost control, and ensuring compliance across branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle numerous problems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop plans to win new clients and maximize client satisfaction.
• Maintain SLA alignment and ensure client requirements are met.
• Lead and develop branch team; coach recruiters and staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Establish recruitment strategies and digital/local presence to build talent pools.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
