Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new clients and maximize retention.
• Manage day-to-day colleague performance, coach and develop recruiters, and ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost control to achieve growth targets.
• Lead recruitment strategies, on-boarding for new customers, and ensure compliance with credit and terms guidelines.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews, facilitate communication with vertical teams, and drive continuous process improvements.
