Job summary

You will set pay and bill rates, manage the branch P&L, monitor KPIs, and present monthly business reviews to the vertical Director or VP. This role emphasizes client retention, recruiting strategy, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Lead branch P&L management and budgeting.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch team.
• Onboard new customers including terms and fees.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership.
