Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage P&L, recruit and lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional client and candidate service. You will develop business plans, set pay/bill rates, and supervise branch operations.

This role emphasizes sales leadership, client retention, and process improvements to reduce costs while hitting KPIs and SLAs. Flexibility, communication, and strong knowledge of labor laws are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to grow client base and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Lead branch team, coach recruiters, and manage day-to-day performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and cost controls; monitor workers’ comp and unemployment claims.
• Conduct monthly reviews with clients and internal teams; develop branch recruitment strategies.
