Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage P&L, and lead a talented branch team in the United States. You will build client relationships, oversee recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional service to candidates and customers.

You will develop business plans, monitor pay/bill rates, and present monthly reviews to senior leadership. This role emphasizes strategic account growth, budget discipline, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new clients and reduce churn.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and aligned with contracts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction via regular reviews with clients and program teams.
• Lead branch performance, coaching recruiters and managing day-to-day activities.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost-control decisions.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage risk and credit checks.
