Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to build business plans, recruit and lead a high-performing team, and deliver top-tier client and candidate service. The role focuses on growing accounts, managing P&L, and driving revenue growth across the branch.

The role requires a high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience, sales leadership, and the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements are met and SLA targets are achieved.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; develop revenue and expense forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff; recruitment strategies and processes.
