Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans that grow revenue, recruit and develop top talent, and deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a branch team, oversee client relationships, SLAs, and KPIs, and drive retention, time-to-fill, and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong collaboration across sales, operations, and HR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand existing and new client relationships.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead branch team performance; coach recruiters and staff; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, forecasts, and cost control decisions.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and local relationships with resources.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessments, and rate negotiations.
• Perform collections and ensure compliance with notices and licenses.
