Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering strong client outcomes. The role focuses on building scalable sales plans, managing P&L, and leading a branch team to deliver excellent service to candidates and clients.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, plus proven direct sales success and supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle problems.
• Planning and organizing; People management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements align with SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients and program teams.
• Coach, train, and mentor Recruiters; manage day-to-day performance.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk assessment, and fee negotiation.
• Oversee collections of outstanding accounts receivable.
