Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to spearhead growth by winning new clients, retaining accounts, and leading a branch team. You will design sales plans, manage P&L, control costs, and deliver excellent service to clients and candidates across the branch.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff while building strong relationships with HR and operations contacts. A high school diploma and 5+ years in sales or service are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus ability to present to groups.
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships and manage a sales/service team.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to set priorities, cold call, and schedule productive activities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, win new clients, and manage plan to meet sales targets.
• Lead recruitment strategies, branch budget, and P&L management.
• Coach and mentor recruiters, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive cost control.
• On-board new customers, conduct credit checks, and negotiate terms and rates.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership, and analyze market trends.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular communication with clients and teams.
• Supervise daily activities, performance reviews, and development plans for staff.
