Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute plans that win new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and grow the bottom line. You will lead a branch team, manage P&L, and ensure excellent service to candidates and clients.

The role requires a high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience, plus supervisory experience. You will develop staffing strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years in relevant work.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and new client relationships; drive revenue growth.
• Lead recruitment strategies and staffing solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories and market data.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership and clients.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and collaborate with local resources.
