Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new client relationships, and improve the bottom line.
• Lead branch operations, manage P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff while ensuring high service levels.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs, conduct regular business reviews with clients and teams.
