Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to grow new clients, nurture existing relationships, and drive bottom-line results through disciplined sales plans and strong P&L management.

You will lead a branch team, recruit and develop top talent, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with labor laws while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to set priorities and make cold calls.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting commitments.
• Lead recruiting and develop branch staff.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and improve processes.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership.
• Monitor credit references and client credit limits.
