Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent coursework required.
• Two to five years of related experience, preferably in a credit union or financial institution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proven ability to develop and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct, develop, and motivate branch personnel; conduct performance evaluations.
• Plan and direct branch activities to meet strategic goals and promote loan and membership growth.
• Underwrite loan applications and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with management and staff regarding critical issues and updates.
