Job summary

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead daily operations and drive branch growth while ensuring outstanding member experiences in our community. You will manage deposits, loans, and service metrics, and coach staff to hit sales targets.

You will collaborate across departments to develop partnerships, introduce programs, and promote self-service tools that enhance member satisfaction and financial well-being.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience and 3-5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and partner with the community.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch objectives and deliver exceptional member and associate experiences.
• Direct growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio through partnerships within Members 1st and the communities it serves.
• Hire and develop branch staff and implement sales-focused plans.
• Engage with the community to build strategic partnerships and understand market needs to drive growth.
• Promote a consultative sales culture across staff and members, leveraging technology and self-service options.
