Vantage Credit Union in Missouri seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional member service.

You will hire, coach, and develop associates, monitor compliance, and align staff with the credit union’s OneTeam ethos while managing risk and security. This is a dynamic leadership role within a community-focused financial institution.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• A college degree is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily branch operations and associates to achieve sales, growth and profit objectives.
• Hire, terminate, review, coach and develop associates.
• Provide ongoing coaching, sales training and performance leadership.
• Monitor sales/service behaviors and ensure compliant member experience.
• Assist members with account and loan needs while upholding quality standards.
• Oversee security controls, audits, opening/closing procedures and balancing.
• Lead branch marketing outreach and community engagement.
• Drive new member growth through targeted sales and outreach.
• Promote digital banking adoption and staff training for new offerings.
• Perform special projects as needed.
