Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruit top talent, and manage branch operations. You will build business plans, oversee P&L, and ensure service excellence for candidates and clients.

This role emphasizes strategic relationship-building and cost control. You will establish growth plans, monitor performance against KPIs, and guide a team to deliver on SLA targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new ones; develop client plans.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets and contractual terms.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via regular reviews with client teams.
• Lead branch recruitment, training and staff development.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and forecast revenue/expenses.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and set pay/bill rates.
